Carl Jung - most famous for his work on Personality Prototypes pioneered the way for other personality theorists including Meyers and Briggs & Tony Gregoric. But the easiest to use and perhaps the most universal model of personality prototypes is the Baum and Nicols Personality Prototype contained on this page.
